Family Camp

Family Camp is back as a full weekend experience at Camp Carol Joy Holling.
We will be in the same beautiful spot with individual family bunk rooms. Come join us for a weekend of adventures, bonding and camp fun.

We will have ropes courses, tie dying, swimming, paddleboats, infusion clinic, crafts and team building activities!

Family Registration: $35
Individual Registration: $20

Family Education Day

Education Day brings together families from all over Nebraska for a day of education and fun. Attendees will spend time visiting the exhibit booths and will select from a wide variety of education sessions. The youth who attend will have separate education opportunities as well as participating in fun activities.

This year's event will take place in Omaha at the Regency Marriott. There will be a teen track and childcare.

Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk

Thank you for your interest in the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, Nebraska Chapter Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk Fundraiser! The money raised at this event will be used to assist our overall mission to enhance the quality of life of people affected by bleeding disorders through support, education, advocacy, and community.

It's now more important than ever to Unite with your bleeding disorders community. Please consider starting a team, joining an existing team, or making a donation. Every little bit counts and brings us closer to our goal! If you’re not sure who to donate to, check out our amazing list of teams! Be sure to click on their links and see why they Unite! You can also donate to or join the Chapter team! We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our efforts.

This year our event will take place in-person complete with the Breakfast, Bounce Houses and games.

This is where you can help; start a facebook fundraiser for our walk, use the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk App to easily fundraise across social media, send out emails to your contacts sharing your passion for fundraising for NBDF Nebraska, ask family, neighbors, co-workers, team mates and more! They can donate as little or as much as they like, it all helps! Ask if they have an employer matching program! They will receive a tax receipt for their donation. FAB Women's Conference

NENBDF will co-host a Women’s Retreat with Midwest Hemophilia Association, Gateway Hemophilia Association, and Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland, for women 18 and older with a bleeding disorder, carriers, spouses of a person with a bleeding disorder, and parents of a person with a bleeding disorder. Parents must live in the same household. Attendees must be a member and live in one of the 4 chapter’s service areas. The retreat will be held October 9-11, 2026 at The Elms, 401 Regent Street, Excelsior Springs, Missouri 64024. The focus of the conference will be education, personal growth, and networking. Sessions will focus on bleeding disorders, treatment options, and relaxation!
There is a non-refundable $30 registration fee, which includes your hotel room, meals during the conference, and conference materials. The deadline for registration and payment is September 9, or when space is full, whichever comes first. Space is limited.

Harvest Festival

Join us for the social event of the fall with Nebraska NBDF at the Pumpkin Patch as we enjoy fall activities with other families in the community and industry partners.

We will provide treats and tickets to Roca Berry Farm for members of our community who are affected by a bleeding disorder or are the immediate family member or caretaker of an affected person. Extended family and friends are welcome but must purchase their own tickets through the farm's website or at the front gate.

IA/NE Men's Retreat

Join us in Des Moines, Iowa for a Regional Men’s Event at a VRBO. This event is designed for connection, relaxation, and real conversation. This is your chance to kick back, recharge, and spend time with other men from across the Midwest who truly understand life with a bleeding disorder or caring for someone who does.

With a mix of planned activities and downtime, it’s all about building connections, sharing experiences, and enjoying a laid-back weekend together.

Registration includes meals, activities and lodging.
