2025 Women's Retreat

Family Education Weekend

Education Weekend brings together families from all over Nebraska for a weekend of education and fun. Attendees will spend time visiting the exhibit booths and will select from a wide variety of education sessions. The youth who attend will have separate education opportunities as well as participating in fun activities.

This year's event will take place in Lincoln at the Cornhusker Marriott. There will be a teen track and childcare.

We will host our Industry Symposium on Sunday, June 29th.

Iowa and Nebraska Men's Retreat

We had so much fun last year, we invited Iowa for 2025! Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland and the Nebraska Chapter of NBDF are partnering for a joint men's retreat this summer.

The retreat will include activities, meals and connection, including a night at Top Golf in Des Moines, Iowa.

Join us for an event for the men in the Bleeding Disorders Community!
The retreat will be facilitated by Kevin Harris and Brian Rodgers from Trails to Healthy Living.

Accommodations will be made for all levels of activity, age and ability. All men 18+ in the bleeding disorders community are able to join in.

Family Camp

Family Camp is back as a full weekend experience at Camp Carol Joy Holling.
We will be in the same beautiful spot with individual family bunk rooms. Come join us for a weekend of adventures, bonding and camp fun.

We will have ropes courses, tie dying, swimming, paddleboats, infusion clinic, crafts and team building activities!

Infusion: Bloody Mary Mix Off

We are back again and can't wait to welcome you back to Omaha's original Bloody Mary Mix Off Fundraiser.

Join us for our 10th Annual Bloody Mary Mix Off. The Infusion features brunch and Bloody Marys from some of Omaha's greatest bars and restaurants. Try each bars personalized Bloody Mary and tell us your favorite. Attendees will vote for the best Bloody and the best garnish. We will be awarding 2025's Best Bloody Mary at the event. Bring your friends, enjoy some tasty drinks and brunch while supporting the Nebraska Chapter of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation. Must be 21+ to attend. Designated Driver tickets are available.

Your ticket includes unlimited Bloody Mary samples from every competitor, a deliciously catered brunch, entertainment, tokens to vote for your favorite Bloody and Garnish and the amazing feeling of knowing you are making a difference for someone affected with a bleeding disorder.

Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk

Thank you for your interest in the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, Nebraska Chapter Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk Fundraiser! The money raised at this event will be used to assist our overall mission to enhance the quality of life of people affected by bleeding disorders through support, education, advocacy, and community.

It's now more important than ever to Unite with your bleeding disorders community. Please consider starting a team, joining an existing team, or making a donation. Every little bit counts and brings us closer to our goal! If you’re not sure who to donate to, check out our amazing list of teams! Be sure to click on their links and see why they Unite! You can also donate to or join the Chapter team! We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our efforts.

This year our event will take place in-person complete with the Breakfast, Bounce Houses and games.

This is where you can help; start a facebook fundraiser for our walk, use the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk App to easily fundraise across social media, send out emails to your contacts sharing your passion for fundraising for NBDF Nebraska, ask family, neighbors, co-workers, team mates and more! They can donate as little or as much as they like, it all helps! Ask if they have an employer matching program! They will receive a tax receipt for their donation. Harvest Festival

Join us for the social event of the fall with Nebraska NBDF at the Pumpkin Patch as we enjoy fall activities with other families in the community and industry partners.

We will provide treats and tickets to Roca Berry Farm for members of our community who are affected by a bleeding disorder or are the immediate family member or caretaker of an affected person. Extended family and friends are welcome but must purchase their own tickets through the farm's website or at the front gate.
